WHBL 11U Select Team for 2026

Dear fellow baseball parents,

We’re past the deep freeze, so it's about time to start thinking about baseball!
We're pleased to announce that the West Hill 11U Select team is recruiting players for the 2026 season.

An information session about the team will be held on Saturday, February 14 from 12:30-1:00pm at Sir Oliver Mowat CI, following one of our indoor training sessions for West Hill's 11U house league players. All parents and kids who are curious about the Select team are enthusiastically invited to attend, not only for the information session, but also for the winter gym from 11:00am-1:00pm!

We'll be holding tryouts for the team on the following dates:

Saturday, February 28, 11am-1pm at Mowat CI

Saturday, March 7, 11am-1pm at Mowat CI

If the weather permits, we might also hold an outdoor tryout in early April.

To be eligible, kids must have a 2015 or 2016 birth year. They don’t need to be signed up with West Hill to attend the tryouts, but if they make the team, they’ll need to register for house league before being put on the roster. The season will run from early May to mid-August, with a possibility of continuing tournament play into early September.
