West Hill Baseball League - FREE BASEBALL Gym Training 2026/27

DETAILS ARE BEING CONFIRMED (Expected to be confirmed by mid October).

Indoor baseball is free for all to attend - Just only on the days scheduled for each age division. 

This is an opportunity to get into game shape, develop your baseball skills or to give baseball a try if you are a beginner. Registration is not required. 

Please bring: clean dry indoor running shoes, water bottle, glove, helmet. Dress for a gym workout.
